Which stations and airports are eligible?
Haneda (HND), Narita (NRT), Kansai (KIX), Itami (ITM) are eligible—plus major city stations (e.g., Tokyo Station, Kyoto Station, Osaka/Umeda, Namba) and selected hotel routes. Availability may vary by time and day.
Is everything free? How does the discount work?
The reward gives you one complimentary one-way transfer per tour booking. It’s not a blanket free-for-all and not a fixed cash amount credited to every ride.
Routes above the cap or 5+ passengers or luxury vehicles (e.g., premium vans, executive sedans) may require a top-up—you simply pay the difference.
How many transfers are included?
One complimentary one-way transfer per tour booking.
When will I receive my reward code?
Within 12 hours after your tour booking is confirmed on this website. We’ll send it via email (and WhatsApp if you contacted us there).
Can groups use this reward?
Yes—up to 4 passengers are typically covered within the cap. 5 passengers or more require a larger vehicle and may incur an additional fee/top-up.
What happens if I cancel my tour?
If the tour is canceled, this complimentary transfer reward is void.
If a transfer was already reserved, the transfer’s own cancellation policy applies and fees may be charged according to timing and vehicle type.
